Their communication skill are terrible. They never return phone calls. I have had to deal with them on two separate jobs, years apart. And it is the same thing from this company. "Yea, we can do it in a week and half." Three weeks go by with no phone call or anything. Or with the first job they did for me, a guy was working on my shower door and left for the day saying he would be back tomorrow. Guess what, he didnt show the next day or the next day. I call them and they tell me they got really busy and had to go to Chillhowee. Im like thats fine and all but you need to let me know this and just dont leave me hanging!

I am so fed up with Freeman Glass in kingsport! Upon recommendation I called the co. to replace a window seal and was told the owner would call to set up an appt, which they never did. I called back and was told that for a second time....again, no call. 3x's a charm, a nice man came out, took measurements and said it would take 10 business days. I called after 3 weeks and guess what, they lost our paperwork and never bothered to call....... I left a message for the owner to please call back and of course he didn't. I will never use this company again!!! They were very unprofessional and unreliable!
