During the initial phone call to set up my appointment I was told what was needed from my doctor. During my first visit I was giving a lecture as to what was needed from my doctor. My second and final cost I was again lectured on what they wanted from my doctor. When the biggest part of my appointment is all about what they need from my doctor for insurance purposes I got a little pissed. I explained that my doctor sent them the same information as he has sent any other faculty that does the same work and has never had any problems before, I subjected they contact my Doctors nurse and better explain what information they would like to have and I subjected they follow up with a fax for that information. The tech apologized and I thought all was fine, got a call a few days later termiating their service with me.they sent one general fax requesting a prescription and my Doctors notes. They were not satisfied and did nothing to help resolve the matter other than hound me. I explained they need to contact my doctor and better explain what they want and that one way or the other they would get paid if I have to pay cash...poorly ran business in my opinion
