Pioneer Credit

Avoid this loan company at all costs!! Me and my kids father had loans for years with this company and both of us got ripped off in the end! They wrongfully repo vehicles and the extra insurance they offer is never honored just to name a few and I thought it was strange their computers were always down but when the repo man shows up for no reason other than for so called missed payments it all makes sense in the end! The female manager I heard was a pill head and frauding many accounts through the grapevine and my account went from owing a little over 3 grand in the beginning to over 7 grand on credit report is a joke! Thank God it all comes off report in 1 year! They also for no reason repossessed one of 3 cars my kids father had by accident because of so called error on their part to only end up losing track of the car for almost 2 years and after it was stripped down to nothing and during that time payments were made and current only to not offer to pay off or offer any kind of resolution for their mistake!! Avoid at all costs!!

when we arrived we were greeted and seen promptly. we applied at 2:30 pm and were told that they go out of their way to make a deal happen and that we would receive a call back before COB. not only did we not receive a call back, several messages later we would be contacted first thing in the morning. not only did we have to call them, but when we talked to the manager he was very rude and disrespectful. was extremely dissatisfied. we were very disappointed. do not recommend .
