Quality Car Wash

On Saturday Oct/29//2016 at 2:37 PM I used the automatic carwash and the big blue bar that sprays the water out when it first went around my nice blue 2007 mustang grabbed ahold of my rear bumper cover above the tag area and lift the car just enough to let me know there were a problem. It did damage to my rear bumper cover and the chrome around my rear taillights area. Waited nearly 48 minutes on the Kingsport Police Dept. to do a police report and contacted my Insurance Company and filed a claim. Tried contacting the emergency number posted at the business and ringed busy. I am having my car repaired and the owner of this carwash will be billed. Would not wash my car ever again at the auto wash again. Please note if anyone knows the Owner of this carwash please text it to me at James@ (423) 347-1594 TY!

Cheap prices, decent location. The vacuum hose didn't have super powerful suction, but it got the job done. My only complaint is that the towel/cleaning cloth vending machines were empty.

Started washing my car and found out there was no soap coming through the brush and nearly no water either. T h e bay next to the one I was using had a note that that brush wasn't operating to par. But there was no note for the bay I was using. I used the vacuum and it too wasn't pulling enough vacuum to pull hair from my car floor. So I spent $5 and got sweaty when I shouldn't gone through Colonial Heights and got a real car cleaning for a couple more bucks. Shouldn't matter what I spent I paid for a value but got wet.
