This is the reason why Chik-Fil-A is number one. I ordered no. 8 which is just a chicken sandwich, the one they've had on the menu since the 80's, plus a unsweet tea. They gave me this spicy crap instead and sweet tea. This is not the only time they have messed up my order but this will be the last because I am through with this location. It was closed for remodeling and just recently reopened over the summer. That remodeling did not change the service, an unsmiling young man who doesn't give a **** when it comes to giving you your correct order.

First off they got my order wrong TWICE! The food is overpriced compared to other fast food places, my bun was burnt after they got my order wrong TWICE! Not to mention their lemonade taste like its been sitting out for months. I'd rather cook food on my concrete drive way than eat BK.

There were no customers in the place at 4:30 PM ( clue) so I Ordered (silly me) and I paid almost $10 for a Whopper and coke, no fries, and when I got home the jalapeno bacon burger? Was not the regular whopper that I had ordered. You can not call them because there mailbox is still full. There about five or six workers and no customers so how do they mess UP MY ORDER? Well that will be the last thing I get from them. They have messed up my order or the should be hot breakfast is stone cold. So live and learn.

I do not recommend this place. We went to the drive through, and when we got home, we realized that our order was wrong, we were overcharged, and the food tasted old. I tried to call them, but got their voicemail; the mailbox was full, so I could not even talk to anyone. This has happened to us before. We will go to Chick-Fil-A next time.
