Very thorough and professional staff and doctor. The procedure went as planned and relatively pain free. I love my new eyelids. No more shadows in my vision.

ALL WENT WELL AND RESULTS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS WAITING ABOUT 2 HOURS FOR PROCEDURE, BUT THIS WAS APPARENTLY DUE TO UNEXPECTED COMPLICATIONS IN EARLIER SURGERIES. OTHER OFFICE VISITS WERE MUCH MORE TIMELY

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dr. LauKaitis was warm and made all aspects of the procedure easily understood. They quickly answered questions and concerns following the procedure, including a personal phone call from the doctor.

Procedure went as planned, great result, very little down time. Everyone from the surgeon to the nurses and staff were wonderful. Explained and answered every question I had. Follow-up (post-op) was great. Would very much recommend the practice to any of my friends and family. In fact I already have!
