Rose Hill Car Wash

I went in for a full car wash and selected the best they had on their menu, which was, "works plus rainex" and came out with the car looking almost like it was only washed on the outside, but the interior was neglected. I let them know that it didn't really look like they cleaned much of the interior and that the car seats and door handle and everything looked just as dirty as it did when I first handed the car over to them. Their argument was simply that they don't wipe down the seats and clean them unless you pay extra. I thought that was what "the works" entailed, but to my dismay I was very wrong. Also, it specifically stated that the dashboard and doorhandles would be cleaned, but that was clearly not the case. My doors seemed even more dirty than when I first arrived, I regret going there and if I could take it back I would. Waste of $35. SERIOUSLY.. take your business elsewhere, because they sure don't deserve it. There is a car wash right down the street towards Market St. that does an excellent job, but charges a little more. Teaches me for skimping when I should have known better,
