One Stop

I don't know how this place got a five star rating. I took my truck to this shop in September. They informed me that they had to replace the engine twice, because the first one had a spun bearing. It has been 3 months of having my car in this shop. Without informing me the mechanic took my vehical up the street to another mechanic. The new mechanic was not clearly informed on the issues with my car. I had extra expense with the new mechanic in the amount of $1075.00 of the damage done to my vehicle while it was with the prior Mecanic. After paying $1800 to Manny the mechanic.,I still don't have my truck back. I have a 6 month warranty so he says (Manny)on the engine yet they cannot produce the receipt so I can replace the bad engine that was installed. This place is a NIGHTMARE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!

Beware these guys are shady. We took our truck because the engine was leaking oil.The guy Emmanuel Smith(Manny) is a nothing but a lier. He told us we needed an engine the cost $1800. He told us we needed to pay upfront for the engine so we paid in advance. He then started with excuse that they send him the wrong engine was the first one. The other the engine is coming tomorrow then he didn't answer his phone! Then he didn't answer text. He stayed with our truck for 3 months then dumped our truck at another shop. Now we found out he installed a wrong engine in our truck. He destroyed our truck now we stuck with a truck that doesn't work. We paid the new Mecanic $470 for parts and $700 for labor and other parts for our truck is none working. DO NOT GO THERE!!! He destroys cars and then takes them to another shops to fix his mistakes that he had no clue about. Manny I hope you read this review your a lier stealing people's money nothing but a crook. This place needs to be investigated and it will be!

Dishonest and misleading. My wife went in for an oil change. She asked if they took credit cards and the person/attendant (who did not speak much English) was very vague. When she asked how much the oil change would cost she was told $20. The person never specified that $20 was just for the labor. Anyway, she agreed and let the guy proceed. When she went to pay, she was told they would take ONLY CASH!!
YP (I just checked ... it says Cash, Visa & Master Card)
As she didn't carry any cash and don't use ATM Card she had to call me home. Next thing I know she came back home accompanied by a guy from the shop to whom I gave the DAMN $33 ($20 labor + $13 the oil and filter), then she had to take the guy back and pick up the invoice.
Never again !!

Great guy and great service. Totally honest ... he has worked on several cars for me while saving me a lot of money. I would recommend his service to anyone.
