I have eaten their a handful of times. The food is wonderful(sushi is to die for) but the lack of service is poor. Think they need to hire a few more employees.

My husband and I have been eating at Sakura regularly for several months... maybe a year. My favorite is the Christmas roll and my husband's is the Knoxville roll. This is a great restaurant for fresh sushi--the best in west Knoxville that I know of. We eat here about once a week and really love the food. Plus it is owned by some really nice folks. It's in the Walker Springs Shopping Center, near Smoothie King and behind the new Sonic. Enjoy!!

The title says it all. The sushi is as fresh as I have ever seen it and they have strong service. I will most definitely return to Sakura soon
