Belleza Salon and Spa

I went today to have my hair colored. i went here because I thought for the money they would be able to do what I asked. I asked for Balayage and did not even need a cut. It took the hairstylist two hours to complete what was supposed to be Balayage and when she finished you could not even tell ANYTHING had been done to my hair. I nicely told her I had hoped it would look different and she offered to put more blonde in it even though you couldn't even see any blonde from the first try. Even though I really needed to get home to get my kids from the sitter I stayed because I waited months to be able to have time to get this done. Another 2.5 hours later she dried my hair again and once again you could barely tell she did anything. Except now my hair has a few copper highlights and green highlights even though it was supposed to be blonde Balayage. At this point it was 4.5 hours after I got there and I politely told her it was not at all like the picture I showed her and that I wanted it lighter. She offered to do it again but at this point I still needed to get my kids and would now be late for an unrelated appointment I had later that day. When very nicely speaking to the manager about how unhappy I was that this is not what I wanted she very rudely told me I still needed to pay for it. All the staff were extremely rude about it not being what I wanted. The manager said I could come back and get it redone but I will not be able to within their two week window they require. I asked if I was still required to pay since its nothing like I wanted and they forced me to. It was extremely unprofessional. I have been here a few times and never been treated with such disrespect. They could clearly see it was not what I ask as I had a picture I was wanting it close to but they did not care. They only wanted their money and did not care if their client was satisfied or not. I am left with copper/green hair that I have to try to fix at home.

I am fairly new to TN and I have been looking for a good salon to go to to get my monthly services done at for some time. And I absolutely LOVE the bearden location. Everyone there is so professional, friendly, and very sweet. They have an amazing atomsphere. I have now found the best salon to go to from here on out. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

The manager of the Bearden Hill Belleza Spa is AWESOME! The staff at the Turkey Creek location could take a lesson from the ladies on Bearden Hill.

After a potentially permanently damaging mistake regarding the booking of my wifes spa day Sabrina the manager of the Bearden Hill location has won our business back in a big way. She and her staff went above and beyond to make-up for their mistake and I will be booking future Spa treatments for my wife.

I have been going to Belleza for about the past 12 years, and would not think of going anywhere else. The relaxing atmosphere hits you when you first enter...the fragrant exotic air....the soothing music....the friendly attentive staff!!!!! I am the most important customer.....well that is how the staff treats me while I am there!!!! My usuals are the facial waxing and massages, but have had manicures, and facials, never to be dissapointed!!!! The changing area is very private and secure for your personal belongings. It is truly a wonderfully pampered experience from beginning to end!!!!!
