I pre paid for a mini photo session during a flash sale for my kids. The deal was 30 mins 5 edited images. The original disc was blank. When contacted I was told that they would be sent thru Google drop. 2 weeks later still nothing. Every message I sent pertaining to them went unanswered but, other messages would get a response. Almost a year later I am promised the CD to be mailed with tracking and I would be messaged the next day with the tracking number. Never happened. CD never sent. I filled a BBB complaint in October which went unresponded so it was closed. Three days after I get that letter. She finally sent a cd. I go to print them. Not at all what I paid for. Instead of 5 edited images. I got over 130 blurry, glared, and out of focus images that were not edited. The ones that were OK enough to print are such low resolution they won't print clearly in 4x6 size. Check this business on the BBB. Wish I would've before doing business with her.
