My Pets Animal Hospital-

This vet is awful! The owning Dr. only cares about his own bottom line, not your precious pets or their quality of care. The owner will push for your pet ito have invasive painful surgery with little chance of recovery only to be able to charge you the most possible. Please if you care about your pets take them ANYWHERE else.

My now terminally ill dog had been seen twice by My pets at Northshore. After the second visit and useless expense, they referred me to a specialist who tested and confirmed the dog had cancer with a 5cm mass. At 14 yrs.old and blind, I chose to keep him comfortable rather than surgery. My Pets thereafter prescribed Piroxicam (after another required visit) to reduce swelling and relieve pain. It is non-narcotic. I need a refill now (it's been 1 mo.) and they will not refill without seeing my dog again. What is the point...he is terminal and I just want to keep him comfortable, as nothing else can be done. GREED and heartless place. I guess they just care about money and not the animals pain. I will NEVER RETURN!!!

We love My Pets. I have been taking my dog Molly there for 8 years. Dr Sam is the best vet I have ever taken any animal of mine to. He loves animals and you can see this in the way he talks and treats them. I will never take my dog anywhere but here. Mine has to go every 5 weeks for issues she has, so I am so thankful I found Dr. Sam. Thank you, Michele Vicars

Great Clinic! Dr. Sam is a communicative and sympathetic vet who offers a great service in Knoxville. He is very up to date on the latest procedures, technology, science and will gladly and openly share with you all he knows. He has helped me with my multi-pet household for well over a year now, with excellent skill in dealing with an aloof and particular chow mix with health problems and a neglected shelter shiu tzu in poor health that I recently adopted. It took a long time to bring her around to health. Both dogs are now enjoying their ripe golden years (13) thanks to Dr. Sam's patience and education. Two other pets I have also did well at My Pets Hospital: one improved tremendously at 15 after a dental cleaning and abundant teeth extractions! I thought she was in failing health but after a thorough dental, she rebounded a couple of weeks after the procedure. My other dog, a healthy, but bossy and uptight beagle mix had the best nail trim ever from Dr. Sam. I certainly give this hospital a thumbs up on their pricing, they offer rewards points, accept Pet Assure discounts, and are willing to work with other area vet specialists and will refer on with specific treatments and services. However, they do have the best prices in town for office visits, Xrays and blood diagnostic work and will gladly interpret the results. They offer online pricing for certain medications, they have a low-cost vaccination clinic at another location as well as a full service hospital and also a gifted groomer, who works with my very nervous little dog. I am very pleased with Dr. Sam and his staff, and that these outstanding services are an affordable price so a multi pet household like mine can obtain the best care for my whole pack.

I have been going to My Pets for a couple of years and they are the best clinic I have ever visited. My pets always get wonderful care and attention by the staff and doctors there. I know that my cats and dog are in good hands. I even get my food from there and they always have what I need.
