I received very poor service after the sale. I spent close to $10,000 with them and knew nothing about the machine I bought. I was told I would get help with it. When I asked for help, they explained how much it would cost them to get someone to come to the store to teach me. I could have paid much less for the machine elsewhere if I had not though I would have service after the sale
