Overall

I called almost 2 weeks ago trying to get an appointment for my kids ADHD. I was informed that the office manager schedules the appointments. As of today I WAS still waiting for an appointment. Customer service is obviously not their strong suite.

The dude, I went in there to see is mark. And he was an as** hole.
I felt worse after going there because of his flippant attitudes toward my problems.

Overall

Very unprofessional , billing issues everytime I have come here.

0 stars , defiantly would never refer anyone here.

They have a lot lizard as a secretary, and the therapist make you wait an hour in the waiting room , when they walk around taking their own sweet time. I will be driving to Indianapolis for real therapists.

Dr. McClurg,

This is the 1st negative review I've left for anything, ever. Unfortunately, I have found Dr. McClurg to be impatient, condescending and overall very rude. Each time I would ask a question he gave the impression that he was annoyed and would reply with short, quick, sometimes sarcastic answers. After about 4 basic questions about one specific condition he told me to "educate myself" and my appointment quickly came to a rushed end shortly after. (I thought that was the purpose of my visit, to be better informed and ask a doctor's medical advice so I could make an informed, educated decision about my issue.) As angry and disappointed as I am with Dr. McClurg, if he were ever to find himself in my position, I would still wish him a better doctor than what he was to me. From my experience with him, this man has zero compassion and speaks to his patients with a "holier-than-thou" type of attitude. In my opinion, health care is supposed to be just that...a business of caring, which this man very clearly lacks. In my opinion, you cannot be a good doctor if you do not genuinely care about your patients. Dr. McClurg, if you ever happen read this review, I hope my words strike a cord within your heart. Your patients are more than just miscellaneous, faceless names on a chart. Nor are we complete idiots, so please don't speak to us as if we are. We are human beings, often in distressing situations, that need and deserve to be listened to. People are coming to you for HELP and confiding in YOU about their deepest insecurities. I shouldn't have to even tell this to you, but it appears that you need to be reminded. The worst thing you can do to someone who is seeking treatment for emotional issues, is to make them feel insignificant, unimportant or that their issues are trivial. You have made my family feel all of the above. I believe it is finally time for us to seek out the constructive help that we have asked you for, but cannot seem to achieve. Help that we need and more importantly, DESERVE. Thank you for your time. We wish you well.

I worked with a therapist of this company and she was great to work with. She was compassionate, understanding, a good listener, nonjudgemental, and very caring. If I could work with Paige again I would in a heart beat. She wants what's best for the client. She will do what is in the clients best interest. If the other staff are like her then I would highly recommend services
