Maple Crest Apartments

This is the worse place to live in. I am in international student I came here at the bagging of the year, the low price of the unit tricked me. But I regretted that decision Vicy,Debbie and the mintance are awful people they are lazy and hardy do Their work. they took ages to fix any thing.

What really get me out of here, that the units are not clean and old, and since the first week many insect, bugs, spiders and centipede came out, even when they spray the unit they won't go away. the mintance told me " why you afrie, don't worry they are not harmful!! "

After I move in within one month I had leaking in my bathroom ceiling. The mintance don't know how to fix it, but they don't want to spend money to bring plumber to do it. So, they broke my walls two times and I had to take shower in my friends house!! for 3 weeks! and even after that they couldn't fix it.

I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to deal with rude and unprofessional people and live in dirty place with bugs and poor service, they didn't even bother themself to change the carpet or the bathroom toilet they were used and unclean.

I have lived here for almost a year now and have had zero problems or concerns. My first week here my air conditioning was not working and I let maintenance know at 4pm on a Friday. I went to the front office and let them know. The manager immediately called the two gentleman that do maintenance and they had it fixed within a half hour! They told me to never hesitate to call. I came from the Annex (I am an IUK student) and prefer to live here than close to campus. Maple Crest is only a half mile away, has a pool, cheap laundry, new appliances, friendly staff, and I always feel safe. When the tornado came maintenance was knocking on every door to warn residents to get to safety!

Not sure why the low rating? Must have been 2 evictions? Going on 3 years living here with my wife and kids and it has really been nice. The office manager will take time to listen to your needs/concerns even if she is busy at the time which shows they really want you to be happy here! I have had a couple maintenance issues that were promptly taken care of without issue. Maintenance staff are very nice and always say hello in passing. Have never had vehicles or property messed with. Fell very safe here!



We looked around several months ago at other comparably priced apts. None of the other properties were near as nice outside. The other places inside were kind of a joke as well.
