Palm Air Cottages

I will NEVER use Palm Air Realty/Palm Air Cottages again! They quoted me one price when I first called, and then when I called back to make the reservation, they quoted me an even HIGHER PRICES..NOT even 30 minutes later! AND we are returning customers since 2011! The prices are too high for old, outdated rentals with BAD, RUDE customer service. And when I advised the owner that I would be typing a review online, she LAUGHED and said, "Your one little bad review is not going to hurt my business!" What happened to putting customers first?? After all, you are in business because of your Customers!

AWFUL management and old properties! I was referred to another company, Blue Water Realty...I will be looking into them. Palm Air will never see mine, my family or my friend's money or business ever again!

Apparently the owner got mad because I called her out on the website not having certain extra fees listed! As I read their website I laughed because it is deceiving as well. They could care less about customers as their customer service is lacking! I wish I had gotten the ladies name I spoke with but she was loud, obnoxious, and she is obviously not originally from the south! I was refunded my money but was then told "Not to ever call them again." I laughed at that because not only will I never call I will make sure to right a bad review on every review area available and personally tell everyone I know not to use them! Don't waste your time with Palm Air use Blue Water Realty. Trust me Blue Water knows the definition of customer service Palm Air only knows how to try and belittle you over the phone! As I've learned the hard way in the past I should have read the reviews first. Beware and make sure you read this so called businesses reviews carefully on trip advisor because as you can see I'm not the only one that thinks they need an attitude adjustment. They obviously are rude to many people.
