        Overall

        I went through travel leaders to book one of my first out of the country vacations. My travel leader was Lori King. I asked her to find some cruises, and she said she would get back to me in 2 days. And week went by and still no phone call. I called her and she still hadn't started it. Next, when I did find a vacation that worked she never called us saying we needed to pick up the paper work. And finally when it came to the payment, again she never called. I had to call her multiple times and not once did she seem amused. Lori King was one of the worst travel agents I've ever met with. My suggestion is if you go with travel leaders in La crosse, go with sherry Westby. She was great! She did more work with this trip and helping me than Lori even did.
