Lafayette Cleaners

Unfortunate. As an online retailer selling new and used clothing, it is a critical part of our business to price the local dry cleaners to make sure we are making the best decision for our business. Having more than 150 items to dry clean per month, we called Lafayette Cleaners at 125 S. Main St. LaFayette, GA today (May 12th, 2015). So far we have called four different Dry Cleaners who all were extremely friendly and willing to provide us information. When calling this establishment, an extremely rude woman answered the phone and she immediately said "we don't give prices over the phone" in a very curt, abrupt manner. When we tried to be courteous and say "Thank you anyway," she said, "uh huh..." and hung up the phone. All I can say is "WOW." Thank you for not wasting our time to find out how poor your service can be so that we can move on. Hopefully this will help others make good decisions when choosing their local Dry Cleaning Service.
