BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! THE SO CALLED RECEPTIONIST NAMED UNIQUE SUCKS!!!!! SHE DOESN'T DO HER JOB. SHE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AND DOESNT DO MUCH OF ANYTHING. AND RAYMOND IS A BIG MOUTHED LIAR. HE WILL PROMISE YOU THAT IT WONT BE A PROBLEM GETTING YOU INTO A PROPERTY BUT HE IS FULL OF CRAP. THIS PLACE IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. TOTAL SCAM. THEY JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND TALK A GOOD ONE JUST SO YOU CAN PAY THEM $160. BEWARE OF THESE LOSERS. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. THEIR PHONE IS EVEN "MAGIC JACK!!!" I MEAN COME ON NOW!!! PRETTY LAME. THEY CLAIM TO BE PART OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BUT I CALLED IN ABOUT THEM AND THEIR COMPANY ISNT EVEN LISTED!!! TOTAL FRAUD! STAY AWAY FROM STUPID RAYMOND AND HIS USELESS RECEPTIONIST UNIQUE!!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF LAMES!!!!

I am a single mom and had just moved to ca from wa state. My income was VERY low BUT, I did have the section 8 voucher which Victor gaurenteed me he wld have no problem placing me in a unit. He ran my visa for 160.00 the very next day Victor treated me like crap using degrading comments in front if my 5 year old daughter. This was in feb. It has been 90 days I applied for my refund if 100 that is supposed to be returned within 10 days of receiving the written request! Have heard nothing! I HAVE REPORTED THIS "AGENCY"!

This is not a reputable business. We began working with Victor 2 weeks ago and not once has shown any professionalism. He didn't even know where the property was when he was "showing" it to us. We had to give him directions. That should have been the big clue. Unfortunately, my fiance and I were really trying to get this place before anyone else snatched it up. Now I am stuck trying to get a meeting with this guy and he won't even man up and pick up his phone. Wow. Stay away. Not someone you want to deal with. Victor and So Cal Property Advantage are shady.
