We are the company and use this as an introduction.

We are a 501(c)(3) charity that accepts donations of mortgages, real estate, and timeshares very differently than other charities. We accept worthless, unusable, and problem properties no one else wants, can sell, or even give away. We charge a fee but give a legal IRS donation credit and freedom from all future problems associated with the property. Our business niche is to use the law to benefit victims of poor and/or unsavory business dealings they have fallen victim to.

One major difference in what we do is actually provide specific, detailed, quoted, and understandable information on the process, the law, the fees, and what we actually do within our website. Nothing is hidden. We are willing to answer legitimate questions when asked. This is a paramount focus in our site. Our belief is that the more a visitor knows, the better they can deal with their problem whether they use us or not. Please consider the value and details of the data presented in your review even if you do not use us.

We find most complaints concerning our work with timeshares stems from a lack of knowledge of the law and focuses on "fairness" to the resort to allow their continued monopoly on billing and collection forever. We use the law to level the playing field with resorts. We are totally legal in what we do and encourage the resorts to act legally as well in their own best interest. It's up to the donor (the victim) to determine who is fair in their own struggle.

If you are about to leave a review, do not bother to complain about the "fairness" of what we do. Such reviews will be dealt with by our quoting the legality of your complaint so others can see for themselves and learn accordingly.
