I was recommended to go there by a co-worker for an "energy check" by Clyde. He suggested two supplements, one I take twice a day, Trace Minerals and another from time to time as needed. That was in 2010 and I have only been sick two days since that time. I don't know how the energy check works but it has made a believer out of me. Fair prices, nice people and a good product. He does have limited hours so check his schedule to assure he will be open before going.
