The absolute worst company to deal with. They lack professionalism. They show up over three hours late for a scheduled 3pm appointment. They are unreachable and do not care about their customers and refuse to make the situation correct. They do not care about people and do not care about resolving issues. Stay far away from this company that has no integrity. They could have fixed this situation and chose not to! If you love being charged $90 for a one minute visit, they are your company (oh and if you love waiting three hours with no explanation too!). So many other better companies than this!

We called H & G Plumbing & Heating. They came out to our house the following day. They realized very quickly what was wrong and said they had to order the part and would be in the next morning and that they would be here around 9 am but didn't show up until 3pm. After replacing the broken part the service tech decided to take apart our furnace to clean it. While cleaning the furnace which was not authorized by myself nor my husband he broke another part (an ignitor)And coincidentally they didn't carry an ignitor on there truck either and had to drive back to the shop and get it. They had us sign saying they were here and that they fixed this stuff. At which time my husband told them he would not pay for them cleaning the furnace that we didn't authorize and that we wouldn't pay for the part they broke nor the labor of them driving back to the shop to get the part. They said that they would talk to there manager about it and we would get a bill for it. So my husband signed it saying they were here. About a month after that my husband called H & G to see where the invoice was because we wanted to see what we were going to be charged for. They said they didn't know but would get it to us. We never received an invoice. 8 months later we get a call from a collection agency saying we owe H & G for services in December (it is now the End of August) When we called H & G and asked them where the invoice was they said that they sent it to us. They would not resend us another one until we came in and paid them. Then we could see an invoice. When I stated to the Customer Service Manager that I would let everyone I know how awful the service was he said that it would be wonderful because since we don't pay our bills obviously our friends don 't pay there bills either and that he didn't want customers like that. Folks save yourself the time, aggrevation & money and do not call this company for ANYTHING!!
