QUALITY GLASS - LAPORTE

Im sorry, I needed a side view mirror. I was told that any glass place should be able to cut me one for $15-$20 so I go to quality glass in LaPorte....well they have to order it its goin to be $40(mind you this whole time Im driving illeagally) ordered on a friday they wont get it in untill the following tuesday, so I said you will be able to put it in on tuesday, "yes" now tuesday comes around and I cant get it put in till wednesday. Either 8 am or 2:30 pm, thats the times givin....No true customer service, or they dont care truly not a GLASS place as they can not even cut a side view mirror. So do they buy all their glass pre-cut?????? Will never deal with this company again. I cant wait to see the train wreck of a job they will do. I would never go to them for glass work, because they just order it, they dont do it themselves.

Excellent customer service, requested cut glass they had it done really quick for a great price, also provided me with all the accesories i needed to do my job. Great place to do business

Did a mediocre job on the mirror, awful customer service. The edges of the mirror are still crumbling in 2 spots. Told me it was done a month ago, and treated me like it was hurting them to hold it. They were unhappy that I was using a debit card. I offered to let her charger me $3 to process the card. She told me to "get the mirror and go". And then held the door open while i carried the 3' x 5' mirror myself. Looks like I'll use Meyer glass in Michigan City to make the mirror usable.
