Computer Dr

Was recommended to ComputerDr by a dear friend who works in IT, to take a look at my non-functioning external hard drive. So I trusted my friend's judgement both on a personal and professional level. And the staff here at ComputerDr was just as he promised. They knew their stuff. They did the best they could to help me out. They explained to me in terms I could understand (don't know PC's so much.) They speak fluent English and Spanish for sure because I heard them speak both, and maybe other languages too. The store is clean with a TV to watch if you have to wait a while. Plenty of seating to chill on. And excellent location close to Hacienda and Amar, two main roads. One of the staff took his time to show me why my hard drive probably wasn't working, and even showed me websites that may help me with my problem when he didn't have the parts available to him. So... that's it. What more can I say? More information always helps the customer make the most prudent decision. And they gave me more than enough info to help me with my problem. TIP: The employees think fast and work fast, so if you don't understand what they tell you the first time, just ask to go over it again and they will clarify. Info, info, info. haha

Sony VAIO stopped working awhile back, And decided to take it in after reformatting wouldn't help. Service was awesome hands down; a great balance of personable and professional attitude around this place. They walked me through what most likely caused the problem, and was very reasonable with the parts and especially the labor. Gladly come back... Glad it's close by!

This is the place to take your computer for repairs. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Albert is awesome, I will most definitely be recommending this place to family and friends.
