I do not under stand how Brenda Lopez is allowed to show selective enforcement with intense scrutiny? Shawna from True Blue ,condones of her misrepresentation .This appears to be a violation of Calif Labor Code:1050-1053.This is suppose to be an equal opportunity employer.Calif Gov.Code:12900. It appears the corporate office allowed her to retaliate when I pointed out unsafe work ethics and acts against public policy.Calif Labor Code:6310. This office staff like Susan now transfered. Also Sofia that appears to condone and support the misrepresentation ,Calif Labor Code:1050-1053. Some has suggested the Whistle Blower Hotline.Or Calif Labor Code:1102.5.To this day it appears Susan ,Sofia and Brenda Lopez are still refusing a press conference with You Tube. To submit to on a volunteer basis while being filmed .Sections : 801.70 and 795.Of the Calif Code of Evidence.The question is why? Who in corporate allowed them to post missrepresentation? Why was'nt Susan now transfered informed that any paper work an employee signs he or she is entitled to get a copy? Calif Labor Code: 432 ?
