Computer Habit

This disgrace of a man told me he could fix my phones broken screen and he basically lied by saying hes fixed iphones before which he hadnt. Anyway I paid him and he ordered a phone screen. Then I dropped my phone off at the computer place. He told me he could have my phone done by the end of the day. He took apart my phone and left and left it in pieces and then went home. He lives three hours away IN GLENWOOD. three hours after he told us to come pick up the phone he finally decides to answer my calls and tells me he didn't get to finish it. The next day I get a call from my mom Telling Me that he broke my damn phone. Basically he left me without a phone for two months and I had to use my old piece of crap phone for two months and then he said he'd order a USED iphone. At that point Iwas so done with this guy. He wouldn't answer my phone calls at all his manager told me he got my messages. I guess he just didn't care about my service. This place is a joke. Seriously. My dad made him refund our money back plus threehundred dollars for the phone which was worth more than that in the first place! This place is such a joke is not even laughable at this point.
