This is the worst place i have ever gone to. i have been there three times and only because they had all my information. The last two times i went i was told my insurance was expired. i had to explain that i didn't work for the people they said i did. this time i had to completely re-fill out my history and the receptionist was very rude when i asked her to make sure they pulled up the right insurance. i waited two hours to see a doctor because my back was hurting. i was asked why i went there and not my doctor who was 30 miles away. hello this is closer, i need an appointment, and my back really hurts. the doctor made me feel like i was a drug addict, just wanting pain medication. i just wanted to quit hurting. was given a perscription basically for alieve, muscle relaxers and a name for a physical therapist (which i can call monday, this was a friday afternoon). now a day later i can barely move.the alieve did nothing and the muscle relaxers just made me tired but i still hurt. i wouldn't recomend this place to my worst enemy!! thanks for nothing!!!!!

They are very disrespectful and expensive. I just wanted a physical done for a job and the doctor refused to copy and read my complete medical file. Instead she wanted me to fill out two hours worth of forms that asked about every headache and bruise I ever had. The office staff said that without it the doctor would not see me. They wanted to charge me $149 for the exam. I went to Westcare in Olympia and I filled out a few short pieces of paperwork and paid $79. Within an hour I was seen and gone.

they are they worst place, suffered a migrane for 5 days and the Dr. didnt believe anything i said. She didnt have time for me..... and i will NEVER go back or recommend this horrible place to anyone!!!!!
