Great Business! Great Employees! Friendly People and Great Work!

Very POOR customer service. The employees are rude and the embroidery is not very good. I waited a week to get a call back for a quote THEN once the sales person did call me it took another 2 weeks to get the quote. Then on top of that the sales person was NOT very nice, She made it out as if I was bothering her by asking for a quote. I would not reccommend this company to anyone. SHOP around before buying from this place. It is NOT worth your time or money.

I have been here a few times and have had bad service and bad quality products! I switched to another monogramming company!SO far so good!
