Emberwood Apartments

I currently live in Emberwood and I love it. They are very friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems with neighnors or the staff of the complex. It is a wonderful place to live. The pools they have are always clean and the playground is wonderful.

Horrible place to live. Staff is very unfriendly and unorganized. Was told I could move in on the 1st and they never called to tell me they didn't have a place for me to live until the next month even though I had given a deposit 4 months ahead because they told me they would definitely have an open apartment. My apartment's sink has broken 3 times, my faucets continually leak (even after the staff claimed to have fixed them), and the apartment's washer broke. They told me all appliances were new and in good condition this however was false. The neighborhood surronding the complex is nice but my neighbors are extremely loud and the staff has yet to solve this problem even after I reported this mulitple times.
