Lafayette Locksmith & Security

Had a foreign car that was made in the Netherlands, so I couldn’t get a pair keys because no one could make a copy. Well I took the car into Lafayette locksmith and they made a key.!!! They had the know how and the customer care was top of world. Sincerely jeff

I had a great experience with Lafayette Locksmith! Very friendly & courteous. The technician listened to my needs, offered a couple of options, & suggested an American Lock. I was looking to have several locks keyed the same, and they were able to do it very quickly.

I recently had a key repaired for $92 NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER the shell has started cracking. I called and informed them to see what my options were they asked that I come in. I went in the VERY NEXT DAY, to be told they would charge me half price to repair a key they had just repaired.
CUSTOMER SERVICE is very POOR. They try and make a dollar off of everything even though the product was a faulty product that the customer has no control over.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!

These guys are great! I was locked out on a Saturday evening, after not even receiving a call back from 3 other companies I left messages with, these guys answered directly. Not only were they professional but had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recomend!
