Never Again! We will not be guilty of making another purchase from any of their locations. Customer Service after the sale is terrible!!! Our new fifth wheel is falling apart and we can never get an appointment or any help!

Well let me start by saying we will never buy a camper from this place again...Everything was peaches and cream when we bought our camper...But then we had to get some work done on it...We found a spot on the roof that was soft so we figured a tree branch must have fell on it and damaged it...So we call our insurance company to find out what we should do..They told us to bring it to the place where we bought it to get an estimate of the damages, so we did...We called to set up an appt. to bring it in...The lady we spoke to wasn't very helpful..she was little irratated about the phone call...We told her what was wrong with the camper and she said she didn't think the insurance would do anything about it..She said the damage was gonna be to severe to fix it..She didn't even see the camper at this point so she had know idea what condition it was in..she also said it was gonna be very expensive to fix...When my husband bought it there the peopld were just irratated like they didn't even want to mess with it...When we got the estimate in I was taken by surprise bat the price...$11,000...Are you kidding me..New campers cost that much...We know that they jacked up the price..even the insurance adjuster agreed with the fact that they jacked up the cost...Unfortunately the insurance didn't cover it (hello $11,000)...They said it was wear and tear..it had something to do with factory...Well we are stuck with a camper that we have to fix because they sold us a camper that had faulty seams..Buyer beware!!!!
