Dial One did a totally satisfactory job installing a new furnace and all the stuff that goes with it. They were knowlegable and expliained to us what we needed to know about our new furnace. I have used Dial One for years and have always received great service.

Horrific customer service. I waited for over four hours for a technician to show up and then I got a call saying he wouldn't show up for another two hours. I was more than patient and trying to be accomodating but the lack of internal communication had them scheduling long complicated jobs and keeping everyone else on the list waiting. They did offer me a discount to try to keep me as a customer but even that didn't entice me after waiting for so long. I will not ever call this company or do business with them ever again and I don't think anyone else should either! I actually didn't want to give this company any stars but the computer wouldn't allow it so one was the best I could do.
