i bought 2 dressers and a bed at Jeromes and was very lucky to be shown around by Zach Hunter. He’s very knowledgeable and his service is excellent. he really understands what customers want and goes out of his way to make things happen.

I love Jerome’s have purchased many furniture items from them. Today I purchased a sofa and loveseat from Tucker at the Laguna Hills store. He was awesome answered all my questions bought in about 20 minutes and am getting same day delivery. I will continue to buy from Jeromes great service, great quality and affordable prices. Walked in and we're greeted. I told the salesperson that I knew what we wanted. She told us if we had any questions to let her know. I like to be left alone while looking. We found what we wanted and Devyn wrote it up for us. Delivery next day. Nice and easy.

Today I went and purchased several larger items from your store in Lake Forest. I had such an awesome experience. Aaron Talamantes assisted me. He was very helpful, friendly, no pressure and gave me all the product information on the items I requested to see. He helped me order everything and made sure it was correct. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely go there again and also send friends to there. Thanks for providing great quality items at affordable prices in a very friendly, family oriented way.

We are moving into a new home and had looked around at other stores but once we came into Jeromes in Laguna Hills was met with a smile from Dee Nardelli. She made wonderful recommendations for our bedroom and mattress plus helped with her vast experience opening our eyes to all the options for our other rooms. She took the time to explain each and every item to us and was such a dream to work with. She has an eye for decor and I would highly recommend her fir any furniture needs you may have.

Great service. Went and picked out a couch, took home the info and Brenda's card. Came back about a month later when we were ready and the couch was discontinued. My bad. Brenda and Julie jumped thru hoops to find it in the warehouse for me. Awesome service! Thank you!
