        Personal experiences with Briken & Associates:

        1. Front desk person very unpleasant and "irritated" if bothered with questions or complaints

        2. Will not do an initial walk-through with you after signing

        3. After moving in, whatever problems the initial walk-through found were not acknowledged until the refrigerator started leaking

        4. God forbid you need to get out of your lease, no matter the reason: lost job, my company was ready to pay them 3-months rent to let us out of our lease, but they refused! In the end, after putting the house myself on Zillow and Craigslist, they were able to sign a new lease, but still collected from us AND the new lessee for a couple of weeks.

        Truly acting like a pack of hyenas smelling the blood (money): nothing professional to say about them.
