Landmark of Lake Charles

This place is horrific. My Aunt lives in this facility. I've always hated visiting because you hear people crying and yelling for a nurse. Recently, my aunt has told us she sits in her wet diapers for hours waiting for someone to change her. She is in pain from it. She also told us she isn't getting fed. She misses a meal a day. One of the employees told her (in front of us) that she wasn't going to feed her.

I've tried searching for a number to the head office or management but all I can find is a generic office number to the front desk. Avoid this place please.
