The UPS Store

You get 2 stars because FedEx was slightly worse. Customer service is an oxymoron unless you can get through to someone in corporate, after emailing a good 6-8 emails, most defunct, I had someone call me and they kept me updated. I'm going back to usps.

Owner Tom is unprofessional, ignorant, racist and the worst face a company can have. Every site I've visited has this place with a 1 star rating. Take your business elsewhere! I don't trust them with my package.

If you can find ANY other place to go, go there. It is the worst out of all the UPS stores I've used. The owner lied to me about the rates and charged me much more than the nearby stores. Ripoff

I go to a lot of UPS Stores to drop off packages. This store in Lack City, GA is the worst of them all. The manager that works there does not know of what customer service is all about. I dont think they will be in business for long with customer service like I have just received from them. After reading the other reviews about this location I see that I am not the only one that has received this same service. I would think that UPS would not let that happen. IF YOU ARE IN THIS AREA DONT DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES HERE.

Never go here! His name is tom and he is the devil. What makes it even worse is he is the manager. Its sad i can only imagine what his employess or like. I came in the store dropping off some books for a return which called for a refund so i poiltely ask for a recipt he told me that it wasnt his responsablity or ups to give me a recipt and that if i wanted one i would have to go 30 mins away to another location. He was still talking when i walked out the door. I always looked at ups as a well rounded friendly bussiness but letting people like that own your franchise is just distgusting. The sad thing is if you google the business he has about ten other compliants where people are direclty saying he is the problem well for safety i wouldnt use this location because thats pretty shady to not wanna give a recipt sounds like a theft to me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE! The store owner (Tommy) is a TOTAL DOUCHE! RUDE AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never encountered worse customer service in my life! I walked in to return my cable box, and he was watching some youtube video on a computer meant for customers! He was literally pissed because he had to get up and help me. I told him I was there for an ATT drop off, and he said, "that's not a drop off, it's a 20 minute process!" Needless to say it didn't take that long! He rudely told me I didn't have the right paper work, with no professional courtesy! He stormed around the store looking for boxes, didn't ask if that's all I needed (doesn't care about making money I guess) He rudely told a customer to stop printing copies so he could print my receipt (they don't have their own printer for that?) I asked him to explain something on the receipt, and he just blasted at me that "it was all there." I even asked why he was so rude, and he got in my face and yelled at me what I needed? I have reported him to UPS, but HE'S THE STORE OWNER! UPS hasn't done anything, so I'm going to write about my experience continuously until HE'S LOSES HIS FRANCHISE. HE WILL LEARN THAT YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS AND EXPECT TO GET AWAY WITH IT! DO NOT! DO NOT DO NOT use this location of the UPS store! There are cheaper copying places near by, there are UPS drop boxes around the corner, just check the UPS site!
