I called Rightway this morning in regards to my son’s birthday party I am throwing Friday afternoon. The girl in the office who I spoke with was very polite and managed to get me great pricing and told me they would be able to deliver my toilet Friday morning before the party starts. It is such a stress reliever to have nice people to work with as I am stressed enough planning a five year olds birthday. We would use Rightway again, they have a friendly and fast service. We also think it is pretty "stand up" that the owner/pres of the comany would publish his real name in the phone book. That is the reason we tried them out and we will use them from now on!!!

It is so resfrehing to work with this company! Reasonable rates, prompt response time. The driver that came out was grinning from ear to ear, that smile lifted my whole day!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Our company normally uses another sanitation vendor and they failed to show up on Saturday for pumping. Rightway was open when we called and sent out a service truck within the hour. It saved our reputation.



We were also please to find out that Rightway did not add junk fees to the price, when our invoice arrived it was for exactly what they quoted.



We will be using them from now on.
