chef greg prepares "lato gelato" from scratch using his own gelato milk base combined with fresh ingredients. gelato contains a 6% butterfat content vs. traditional ice cream containing 25% or more fat content. greg uses real, all natural flavorings made in house from scratch with different flavors to choose from. cheg greg also prepares delicious sorbetto's of fresh fruit and cane syrup (dairy free). bon appetito
