Phillip is the most lazy and apathetic lawyer I have ever hired. He does not care at all about doing a good job. This person put no effort into my case. The only thing he does is waste time and bill for it. A simple asset split turned out to be a $20,000 dollar ordeal. Phillip spent tens of hours reviewing a file that only had 20 pages of pertinent material in it. He could never remember any of the details. He makes moves behind your back without your consent and refutes or forgets about things he said to you in the past. I have read other reviews that stated Phillip probably graduated at the bottom of his class in law school. His lack of intellectual ability is extremely apparent. His arguments are weak and hold no weight. When he has to argue against bad logic form the opposing attorney he falls apart. One time he argued that it his OK for him to waste time because people in his office waste time and he pays them for that. I explained that these are $10 an hour employees. If he is going to charge $350 an hour he needs to be productive with his time. My advice to anyone is to search for his name on the internet and read all reviews out there before you hire him.

After speaking with two other law firms and realizing that they were not suitable or even confident that I could win my case, I contacted Jusino & Associates. It was a Sunday evening and Phil returned my call with-in 30 minutes. He listened attentively and gave appropriate feedback. What was different then the others from the start was that he showed empathy for my situation and his questions made it obvious that he was not only listening, but also understanding what I was saying. This is very important because I was upset and nervous and not explaining my situation very well. Phil Jusino was confident that he could help me and he took my case. Phil and his associates were in constant contact with me through out the time that my case was going on. If Phil was in court and I had questions, Joleen at the office would never leave me hanging. Yesterday was the conclusion of my case, and Phil and Lisa were successful at getting me exactly what I was looking for. I walked out of that courthouse with a new lease on life, and I could tell that they were just as happy as I was. They were very passionate about my case and it showed in the work that they did for me. Thank you
