Rented from them for a year. I wish I could give them no stars, forget about them ever fixing anything. We had a leaking room and they just refused to fix it. The appliances were old and needed replacing, but refused to rrplace an oven that did not work. Then nickel and dime you over the security deposit. Run....never rent from them!!!!

RUN!!! Please don't risk your family's lives living in homes Dapore Realty manages. This guy has absolutely no regard to the safety of your home. We had water leaking out of our light switches for 3 MONTHS. It was so hot to the touch at times that I was shocked heavily on several occasions! I have contacted the County Building Code since this guy should really lose his company with these major liabilities. Their maintenance folks looked like they just got out of jail that day. One of them told me he was too high on percocets to be fixing my screen, it was left on the ground in my backyard. I could go on and on. Don't risk your family with this company, it's not worth it!

I ignored the reviews I saw of the company and rented from them anyway. The house was not cleaned when we moved in and when we brought it to their attention no offer was made to do so. I lasted 3 months, I couldn't risk my family living under these circumstances. The property had electrical problems as well as many other problems. The real issue was that despite keeping the whole deposit they still tried to nickel and dime me for more money. I don't mind paying what I owe but when I questioned how they arrived at the sum, I was threatened with a lawyer. I am just glad to be out of that dump. Lesson learned, pay attention to consumer reviews and remember you pay for what you get. I would not use this company because I believe that they are not honest.

Rented from this company for 3 years, 4 bedroom house, and had a good experience during these 3 years. Upon moving out, with appropriate notice, wife and I followed all the required steps as mentioned in rental agreement. Chris, Property Management Owner, failed to communicate any concerns with the house, as requested, and returned the security deposit $295 less.



Upon calling Chris, he stated the property owner made the call to refund less than a full refund. I was pleased with the company overall, just disappointed with the lack of communication. I am disappointed with not receiving the full security deposit.

I too wish I could give this company zero stars. By far the WORST property management I have ever seen. The property was absolutely FILTHY! There was even a used "rubber" in one of the bedrooms! And even after much argument, I had to pay to have the home made into livable standards. My family and I own several properties in Florida, including an apartment building, and this quality of property management is so poor that I hate to even call it that. On two separate occasions there were emergent issues in the home that needed to be addressed and did not receive a call back until several days later.....and one issue is STILL left to be addressed. This is the first review I have ever written on the Internet, but felt so strongly about it that I felt compelled to warn others. I also will be reporting them to the BBB.

First of all I am being forced to use one star!! These people are not worth what I flush down the toilet!!

I would much rather have stayed in a crack head hotel than ever rent from these people again. I wouldn't even let my worst enemy rent from these slum lords!!! When I moved in, the house was infested with roaches, the joke of a company Tillis pest control came to spray and I think all they used was water!! The house was filthy, walls were dirty, windows wouldn't open etc...Someone that even works for them told me they are known as slum lords. The neighbors told me that there is a new family in there every few months (we only lasted a few months too!!) Their walk throughs are a bunch of BS, and they keep your security deposit even if the house is clean. They have a "re-rent cost" that is ridiculous. The house is falling apart and they just paint over the falling walls...no I'm not joking. Before I could cook I have to wash the pots and pans because of the falling plaster in the cabinets. you tell them what needs too be fixed and they tell you sorry but were not gonna spend all the rent money making you feel secure(back door didn't lock, windows either didn't open or if they did they didn't close all the way). My personal fav was that for 2 weekends in a row I got sewer water in my house and I called the property manager and he says its a city issue there's nothing I can do!! DO NOT EVER RENT FROM DAPORE REALTY, LAKE MARY, FLORIDA!!!!!!!

This business gets ZERO stars from me (I am being forced to give it one undeserving star). I would never recommend this company to anyone I cared about. When I moved into the property, it was filthy; not just a little filthy here and there, but disgustingly filthy. Just about everything that I reported as a problem upon move in, was charged back to me and withheld from my security deposit. I, too, filed a complaint to the BBB. If you want to work with a company that is fair, honest, and exhibits integrity, this is NOT the one.
