After conducting an extensive search for an immigration attorney for several months I decided to hire the services of Daniel Fisher of Fisher & Frommer. On meeting with Daniel for the first time I knew instinctively I had mad the correct decision. I had complete trust in him and felt I could carry on with my life without having to worry about my immigration case. My case was somewhat unusual as I work in Europe and live in the USA. They had quoted costs far in excess of what Daniel had quoted me. Daniel agreed to a fixed price regardless of what was involved in my case and this gave me immense trust in him. Daniel made himself available at anytime for questions and concerns of which I had many as my case involved multiple travel to and from Europe to the USA. On the odd occasion when Daniel was unavailable due to his extensive work schedule in New York and Florida he would immediately have one of his extremely competent team contact me and answer my many many questions. Daniel J. Fisher takes his time to explain alternatives related to immigration, and is knowledgeable about the subject.

I do not recommend lawyers but in this case, after speaking with Mr. Fisher, Esq. I would recommend him in immigration matters.

I went in for a divorce and spoke with one partner, spoke with another attorney in the firm about bankruptcy options, ended up doing debt negotiations instead of filing for bankruptcy. The firm has attorneys who specialize in specific fields so they know their stuff and were able to handle all my issues and without needing an appointment. They were also able to give me a payment plan which another firm didn't allow, they wanted a credit card or a check for the entire amount.
