Swerdloff & Perry

I paid for a survey and when I requested the survey as a CAD file, I was told "no". When I asked for an explanation as to why, the surveyor could not give me a valid reason other than to respond like a child and say they are his and he won't share them with anybody. He stated he is afraid they will be used for construction purposes and he does not want to contribute or support any new construction projects. Now I question the integrity of their work if the reason is he cannot verify the survey is accurate, or is he that childish and close minded that he feels new construction takes away from "Old Florida".
