My wife and I want to thank the Neil Kelly Company and designer Janel Campbell for giving us the kitchen of our dreams. Janel's eye for detail and exceptional knowledge created a kitchen that is the envy of all our friends and family. Should we ever need to remodel a space in our home, our one and only call will be to Neil Kelly and Janel Campbell.

I ended up working with Neil Kelly’s Kimithy Nagel as my designer on two major projects in my Seattle home in Madrona — the remodel of my primary bathroom and the complete do-over of my basement laundry room (which was a hellish place before they got their paws on it). They completed both projects during the pandemic and even with all the restrictions etc. in place, they did a phenomenal job. It was so reassuring to me that Kimithy knew how to design something that would be both attractive AND functional — I wouldn’t have even known where to start. And all the workers (tile, electric, plumbing, flooring, etc.) were TOP-NOTCH and super reliable. I loved that there was a bid provided and I knew how much the total would be from the very beginning and there were no changes or adjustments. I would work with Kimithy and Neil Kelly again anytime — doesn’t get better than this!! And… my home sold for 33% over list price, in large part because of the expert remodeling they had done.:)”

“In 10 weeks time, the team gutted our kitchen and did a full remodel (redesign of appliance locations, new cabinets, new counters, new appliances, upgraded electrical, plumbing, hood venting, new lighting, floor refinishing, etc.) Also, made some cosmetic and electrical updates in family room. Our Designer, Fabian, the Project Manager, Paul, and Lead, Cale, did a fantastic job keeping everything on schedule. All the subcontractors used by Neil Kelly are top notch professionals. We had no issues and no delays. We were impressed by how well this went. The quality of work is excellent. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. We are so glad we worked with the Neil Kelly team. “Neil Kelly is a spectacular company to work with! They torn down then put in a brand new kitchen that is worthy of a high-end magazine. I have to list my HUGE KUDOS to the whole team: Erika Altenhofen, my designer extraordinaire who not only listened to my vision, was extremely professional, yet personable, and a very talented designer. So much fun to work with! Brian Silver, my project manager, whom I was very lucky to drive the amazing team, keep everything on schedule, check up on our progress, make corrections where needed, and finish EARLY! Vladimer and Nadia, who not only did all the difficult demo but installed all the beautiful cabinets and made sure everything was done to perfection. And they kept everything clean and in order. Steve, Wade and Fuzz who did lots of carpentry and finishing work and seamlessly picked up the baton and ran with it. All the subs that they hired – the painters and floor installers – were top notch and so very professional. The Neil Kelly team was such a great choice and I did not have to manage anything, which is what I wanted. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend everyone to consider them as they are worth every penny. I’m sure I’ll do another project with them – bathroom and solar. Thank you!”

“We bought a ranch house out in Tumalo two years ago and an entire storage area upstairs was essentially going to waste; Neil Kelly Bend proposed a beautiful addition, worked to perfect every single detail of our remodel, and has been a joy to work with (some days we hardly even know they’re at the house). The value they have provided is top notch in every respect (finish work, electrical, buildout of shelving and closet space, ceiling/insulation, quite literally taking a storage space and making it something special that matches the design of the rest of the house). Of particular note has been Jim — essentially our “foreman” and day to day presence at the jobsite.
