Our company and "our Clan" worked for the above for over a year on two projects. Above was very happy with both projects until it came time to pay. As for the leaks, above forgot to mention that NUMEROUS contractors have worked for them prior to our company and most of the contractors walked off the job due to the above's unreasonable & unrealistic manner. The "leaking" has yet to be proven. Not on the jobsite? Really? I bent over backwards, fowards and everyway possible for both of you. "Our clan" as you put it even carried in your belongings when they were delivered from your ski trip! Who went around with a can of stain and fixed the "nicks" in your lamps?? NEITHER WERE PART OF MY CONTRACT! I have never, nor do I ever, intend to "cut corners". you praised me and "my clan" up and down until there was a dispute on paying you final bill! Our company has a national accredited rating of A+ as well as references from national and local trades vendors. In over 700 jobs and 5 years of business we have NEVER had one complaint. Our reputation is built on commitment, communication, and contnued service long after the job is complete. Our company honors all warranty's for PEOPLE THAT PAY THEIR BILL! The above failed to mention that they have an outstanding balance and that we responded to their letter in reference to the leak issues and told them that we would take a look at their issues when they paid their bill! In closing I would like to say to my fellow contactors, DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE EVIL AND WILL NEVER BE SATISFIED!
