My Mother and Father used this outfit because the owner is a friend of theirs. They needed their kitchen re-tiled and a tile back splash put in. The Idiot Carpet-Cuts sent would only work when you left the house because he would not stop talking. Much of his talk was even of an offensive nature. It took him five days to walk out on a crummy incomplete job. When the owner and friend was asked to make good, he would not return calls. What a cowardly businessman.
