        Taking the Extra Step

        I purchased a whole house generator in 2005. The warrantee was good for two years except for the housing which was only guaranteed for one year. By the time I discovered that the housing had badly rusted, more than a year had passed. The manufacturer did not want to do anything because the warrantee had expired. Power Generation, Inc. went above and beyond on my behalf and was able to get entirely new housing/casing for my generator at no cost to me. It took a lot of time and effort on their part but they prevailed for me. That was terrific service!! Thank you Power Generation, Inc!!!
