        Quoted us $589 and made it sound like the issue we were having with our toilet was a complicated fix...left to get parts, but told us that we could save ourselves $250 (not included in that original $589 quote, mind you) by removing the toilet for them by the time they returned...a process which takes 3 minutes and should've been something they could take care of without charging a thing. They returned with parts, then spent 15-20 minutes fixing a pipe leak. I looked up how much their parts would cost, and all combined were less than $40. When my husband called them a few days later to ask why they charged us so much, they simply said "experience." So we were charged over $500 for their "experience." We're reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will warn everyone we know not to use this crappy company.
