        I needed to find the combination to a fire safe I had inherited. I called Access, they said someone would call me back, and they did. It turned out that I had to contact the safe manufacturer directly and the Access locksmith explained to me just how to do that, with phone number, web address, everything. What impressed me is that they took the time to help me when there was no money in it for them!
