Miriam South Car Wash

I've been a long-time customer over 10 years lately their service been deteriorating and I've been making complaints these people treat you like strangers talk to the owner and he told me whether you like it or not that's the way our services is

I took my Buick Enclave in for the works ($32 car wash). When it came out the mirror on the passenger side was folded in. The mirrors are electric, they fold and unfold by pressing a button inside the car. I tried to unfold it with the power button, but it would not unfold. I took the car to Cannon Buick across the street and they told me that manually folding the mirror could cause this kind of problem because it could strip the gears. I went back to the car wash and told Jay what happened and what the dealer had told me, he said he would look into it and get back to me. A few days later Jay called me and he told me that his workers remembered my car and they did not do anything that could have broken the mirror. He said they would not fix or help me fix my mirror. What I know to be the truth is that when I took my car to Lake Miriam Car Wash both mirrors would fold and unfold using the power button and when it came out the passenger mirror no longer worked. You can decide for yourself who is telling the truth. I know I will never go back to this car wash and I hope none of my friends will go there either.

I went here as a treat to myself and to avoid washing my car myself...what a waste!! All they did was vacuum and run it through an automatic car wash!! I paid $30 and was so upset when I left, I could've spent $3 and done a whole lot better job myself!! One of the rims had dirt all over it there was pieces of dirt and debris in the side panels and on the gear shift. I contacted them with pictures and asked for a refund, they refused but said I could come in for another car wash....I will never go back there not even for a free car wash!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I spent over $40 for their top service. The outside was great. The inside looked like all they did was vacuum the floor. There was dirt and grime left on door panels and dash. I will never return to this rip off joint.
