In 2008 I filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy using Mr. Pulliam. It was an emotionally difficult process and I am thankful that I had him and Maria (his assistant) to guide me through. The initial consultation (which is free) is with Mr. Pulliam himself and he allows in this time to explain your options or whether he even recommends filing a bankruptcy at all. As a mother of two, the second most valuable thing to me, my first being my children, is time. Mr. Pulliam offers evening and weekend appointments to accommodate those, like myself, who need them. One concern I initially had was being able to reach my attorney or get the answers to questions I needed. Mr. Pulliam, or Maria, returned every call and was able to provide answers to all of my questions. Another concern I had was the ability to emotionally handle dealing with harassing creditors through the bankruptcy process and after. Mr. Pulliam offered (free of charge) to send letters to each of my creditors. Although filing bankruptcy was initially difficult for me, Mr. Pulliam was able to help me reestablish my financial burdens and begin with a fresh start. I would highly recommend Mr. Pulliam.
